Terms & Conditions of 16phjoy

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the 16phjoy platform available at 16phjoy.net (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the 16phjoy Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Identity verification (KYC): 16phjoy may request identity verification documents — such as a government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, Driver's License, or Passport) — at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions.
• Account ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 16phjoy account or any associated balances to any other person.

All financial transactions on the 16phjoy Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may be updated from time to time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard InstaPay or interbank processing timelines.

16phjoy offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be disclosed in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or arbitrage — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to 16phjoy promptly.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live or multiplayer game formats.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 16phjoy staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any 16phjoy software or game.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name, or accepting third-party deposits on behalf of another person.

16phjoy is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 16phjoy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or other circumstances beyond 16phjoy's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of any game on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 16phjoy's liability for death or personal injury caused by 16phjoy's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

16phjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period as requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in relation to the account.
• Any activity that, in 16phjoy's reasonable judgment, poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to the Platform.

In the event of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, 16phjoy reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as compensation for losses or damages incurred. Where no violation has occurred and the closure is initiated by 16phjoy for operational reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
